Haiti Appeal
Our Project Coordinator, Kanwar Singh is currently in Haiti leading our humanitarian project after the destruction of hurricane Matthew.
Kanwar Singh reports that, “The storm has left untold destruction in its wake. Haiti now faces a humanitarian crisis of significant scale. Countries, communities and NGOs must come together to support Haiti in its time of need.
The situation is worse than previously imagined, there is significant destruction. People are literally running after clean water trucks and many are without out any power supply. The people of Haiti were still rebuilding from the earthquake, they really do need all the support we can provide.”
