The ongoing humanitarian crisis has deeply affected countless lives in Gaza. Over 1.7 million internally displaced people continue to be deprived of necessities like food, water, and access to hygiene facilities. Of this malnourished population, children account for half of these lives. Khalsa Aid is eager to sustain relief efforts during this perilous time.

In late April 2024, Khalsa Aid is deploying a team to Cairo, Egypt, to provide urgent assistance to the people of Gaza. The team will consist of three relief strategists who are seasoned in their work.

As is customary in relief provision, Khalsa Aid has implemented a series of relief phases.

Phase 1 of relief will address the critical needs of children and families by preparing food packages and hygiene kits, the numbers of which are to be confirmed.

Phase 2 is likely to deliver long-term solutions, such as shelter and further food distribution. More information will be shared in due course.

“The situation in Gaza is dire, and children are among the most vulnerable,” said Ravi Singh, CEO of Khalsa Aid. “Our team is committed to providing vital support to those in need. We will work tirelessly to ensure that the people of Gaza have access to food and hygiene supplies.”

Khalsa Aid has a long history of responding to humanitarian crises around the world. The organisation is deeply concerned with this manmade famine, as well as the sanitation crisis that continues to spiral out of proportion.

On April 23rd, 2024, Khalsa Aid was delighted to showcase 25 years of dedicated work at the Houses of Parliament, London. Dozens of MPs and other eager minds streamed into the event to learn about Khalsa Aid’s contributions, many of whom were pleasantly surprised by the breadth of our work.

Overall, it was a great success, with many insightful conversations and powerful statements shared about what more there is to be done for the world. Furthermore, it was a wonderful opportunity to educate and share the teachings of Sikhi and how they reflect on Khalsa Aid’s work as a whole.

ਖਾਲਸਾ ਏਡ ਦੇ ਸੇਵਾਦਾਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਕੁਦਰਤੀ ਜਾਂ ਗੈਰ-ਕੁਦਰਤੀ ਆਫ਼ਤ ਨਾਲ ਨਜਿੱਠਣ ਲਈ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਘਟਨਾ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਥਾਨ 'ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚਦੇ ਨੇ, ਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸੇਵਾਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਏਡ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਭਾਈ ਰਵੀ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਤੋਂ ਠੀਕ 25 ਸਾਲ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ 1999 ਵਿਚ ਯੂਰਪੀ ਮੁਲਕ ਅਲਬੇਨਿਆ-ਕੋਸੋਵੋ ਜੰਗ ਵਿਚ ਘਰੋਂ ਬੇਘਰ ਹੋਏ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਦੇਖਦਿਆਂ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਏਡ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ. ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮਨੁੱਖਤਾ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਜ ਦਿਨੋਂ ਦਿਨ ਵਧਣ ਲੱਗੇ. ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ 2001 ਗੁਜਰਾਤ, ਭਾਰਤ ਭੁਚਾਲ, 2005 ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਭੂਚਾਲ, ਕੰਬੋਡੀਆ, ਹੇਤੀ ਸਣੇ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਮੁਲਕਾਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਕੁਦਰਤੀ ਆਫ਼ਤਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣ ਸਣੇ ਅਫਰੀਕੀ ਮੁਲਕ ਸੋਮਾਲੀਆ ਵਿਚ ਪਏ ਸੋਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਨਜਿੱਠਣ ਲਈ ਉਥੋਂ ਦੇ ਵਸਨੀਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਪੀਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਸਾਫ ਪਾਣੀ ਮੁਹਈਆ ਕਰਾਉਣ ਜਿਹੇ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਾਰਜ ਅਰੰਭੇ.

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚਲੇ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਦੱਸਦਿਆਂ ਸੇਵਾਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਾਈ ਰਵੀ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਲੋਂ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਏਡ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਠੀਕ 10 ਸਾਲ ਬਾਅਦ 2010 ਵਿੱਚ 1984 ਪੀੜਤ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਕਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਮੁਹਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਸਣੇ ਲੋੜਵੰਦ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਕਰਾਉਣ ਜਿਹੇ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਾਰਜ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੇ. ਭਾਵੇਂ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਏਡ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅੰਦਰ ਇਕ ਦੋ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕੀਤੀ, ਪਰ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਏਡ ਦੇ ਫੋਕਸ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਅਧੀਨ 10 ਤੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਲੋਕ ਭਲਾਈ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਚਲਾ ਕੇ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਦਾ ਨਵਾਂ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਸਥਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ. ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿਚ ਹੋਰ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਮਨੁੱਖਤਾਵਾਦੀ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਵਲੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅੰਦਰ ਇੰਨੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਪੱਧਰ 'ਤੇ ਲੋਕ ਭਲਾਈ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਾਰਜ ਨਹੀਂ ਚਲਾਏ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ. ਸੇਵਾਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਇੰਹਨਾਂ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਵਿਸਥਾਰ ਵਿਚ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਫੋਕਸ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਏਡ ਦਾ ਲੰਮੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਲਈ ਚਲਾਏ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਇਕ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਹੈ, ਜਿਥੇ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਏਡ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਹਰ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲ ਘੜੀ ਵਿਚ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਰੂਪ ਅੰਦਰ ਮਦਦ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਵਚਨਬੱਧ ਹੈ. ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਅਧੀਨ ਕਿਡਨੀ ਡਾਇਲਸਿਸ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਮਹਿੰਗੇ ਡਾਇਲੈਸਿਸ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਅਸਮਰੱਥ ਲੋੜਵੰਦਾਂ ਲਈ ਵਰਦਾਨ ਸਾਬਤ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਫੀਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ , ਜੋ ਕਿ 60 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਮਰੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਲਈ ਡਾਕਟਰੀ ਇਲਾਜ ਦੇ ਖਰਚਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਫੰਡ ਦੇਣ ਵਿਚ ਮਦਦ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ. ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਘਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੁੜ ਉਸਾਰੀ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਗਰੀਬ ਲੋੜਵੰਦ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਿਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਛੱਤ ਦੇ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ.

ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅੰਦਰ ਬੇਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਠੱਲ੍ਹ ਪਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਸਵੈ-ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਅਧੀਨ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਲੜਕੇ, ਲੜਕੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿੱਤਾਮੁਖੀ ਕੋਰਸ ਕਰਾਉਣ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਖੋਲ੍ਹਣ ਤੱਕ ਮਦਦ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ. ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਬੌਧਿਕ ਪੱਧਰ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਚਾ ਚੁੱਕਣ ਲਈ ਮੇਰੀ ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਏਡ ਦਸ਼ਮੇਸ਼ ਸਕੂਲ, ਪਿੰਡ ਕਾਕੜਾ, ਸੰਗਰੂਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਚੱਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਇਸਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਟਿਊਸ਼ਨ ਸੈਂਟਰ, ਜਿਥੇ ਲੋੜਵੰਦ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ. ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦਾ ਇਕ ਹੋਰ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਗ੍ਰੈਜੂਏਸ਼ਨ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਮੁੰਡੇ ਕੁੜੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਯੂ.ਪੀ.ਐੱਸ.ਸੀ. ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਚੱਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅੰਦਰ ਹੀ ਅਫਸਰ ਬਣ ਕੇ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਨ ਸਣੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਵੀ ਕਰ ਸਕੇਗਾ ਤੇ ਬਾਹਰਲੇ ਮੁਲਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਰੁਖ ਕਰਨਾ ਬੰਦ ਕਰੇਗਾ. ਇਥੇ ਹੀ ਜੈਵ ਵਿਭਿੰਨਤਾ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ, ਕੋਟ ਧਰਮੁ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ, ਪੰਜਾਬ 360 ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਵੀ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਨੇ ਜੋ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅੰਦਰ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਰ ਕਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਿਪਟਾਰਾ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਕਰਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਵਚਨਬੱਧ ਨੇ.

ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਏਡ ਵਲੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਰਾਹਤ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਬੜੀ ਅਹਿਮ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨਿਭਾਈ ਗਈ ਸੀ. ਮੁੜ ਵਸੇਬਾ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਅਧੀਨ, ਹੜ੍ਹ ਪੀੜਤ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਜ਼ਮੀਨਾਂ ਪੱਧਰ ਕਰਨ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਫਸਲਾਂ ਬੀਜਣ ਤੱਕ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਹਾਲੇ ਤੱਕ ਵੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਹਨ. ਇਸਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਵਿਚ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਏਡ ਵਲੋਂ ਲੋੜਵੰਦਾਂ ਲਈ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਸਣੇ ਪੀਣ ਲਈ ਸਾਫ ਪਾਣੀ ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਮੁਢਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੀ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਾਈ ਗਈ ਸੀ.

ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਏਡ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਦੇ ਸੇਵਾਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਯੂ.ਕੇ ਤੋਂ ਭਾਈ ਰਵੀ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਾ ਸੰਗਤ ਲਈ ਧੰਨਵਾਦੀ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਪੜ੍ਹਿਆ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਭਾਈ ਰਵੀ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਸੰਗਤ ਦਾ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਏਡ ਨੂੰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ 25 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਅਥਾਹ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਲਈ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ. ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਗੁਰੂ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ''ਮਾਨਸ ਕੀ ਜਾਤ ਸਬੈ ਏਕੈ ਪਹਿਚਾਨਬੋ'' ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨ ਕੇ ਸਮੁੱਚੀ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਬਿਨਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਜਾਤਿ, ਧਰਮ ਅਤੇ ਰੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਿਆਂ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਾਂ. ਪਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅੰਦਰ ਲੋੜਵੰਦਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਹੈ. ਅਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੇਵਾਦਾਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਤਹਿ ਦਿਲੋਂ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਦਿਨ-ਰਾਤ ਅਣਥੱਕ ਸੇਵਾ ਸਦਕਾ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਏਡ ਨੂੰ ਮਨੁੱਖਤਾ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਅੱਜ 25 ਸਾਲ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ. ਮੈਂ ਸਮੁੱਚੀ ਸੰਗਤ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਦਸਵੰਧ ਸਦਕਾ ਅਸੀਂ ਪੂਰੀ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਲੋੜਵੰਦਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਮਦਦ ਪਹੁੰਚਣ ਵਿਚ ਸਫਲ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ.

Get ready for an unforgettable adventure in the heart of Snowdonia National Park! You and your team will start your trek on the Llanberis Path and make your way to the summit of Snowdon while enjoying breathtaking views along the way.

This challenge will push your limits both physically and mentally, but it's all for a good cause! The money you raise will go towards supporting global projects that make a difference in people's lives.

After completing the trek, you'll be able to celebrate your achievement with delicious food, snacks, and drinks served by our Langar Aid team. You'll also receive a medal to commemorate your accomplishment and plenty of opportunities to take pictures with the Khalsa Aid team, volunteers, and other hikers.

As Farmers are gathering en-masse across the state borders with Delhi, Khalsa Aid has mobilised its teams to provide humanitarian aid such as water and basic medical care to those who may require this at the borders. 

Khalsa aid is not currently fundraising, nor accepting any funds, for the Farmers' support.
