Support Communities Affected by the Floods in Assam, India

Heavy rainfall and flooding have impacted communities across Assam, India, leaving many families displaced and in urgent need of support.

Homes, farmland and local infrastructure have been affected, making daily life increasingly difficult for those living in the worst-hit areas.
Khalsa Aid International has deployed a team to Assam to carry out an on-the-ground assessment. Working closely with local communities and partners, our volunteers are identifying the most urgent needs so that relief can reach those affected as quickly and effectively as possible.
As our response develops, we are preparing to provide essential humanitarian aid, which may include:
