Khalsa Aid International kindly reminds everyone that any representation or affiliation must be formally authorised through its official channels.
We encourage the public and humanitarian partners to verify any claims of association directly with Khalsa Aid International to ensure transparency and accountability.
Khalsa Aid International wishes to clarify that it communicates and coordinates with other non-governmental organisations (NGOs), community organisations and humanitarian partners exclusively through its official channels and authorised representatives.
Khalsa Aid International has become aware of instances where organisations or individuals operating on the ground may be presenting themselves as being affiliated with, working on behalf of, or representing Khalsa Aid International without formal authorisation.
Khalsa Aid International would like to make it unequivocally clear that no other organisation operating on the ground has an affiliation with Khalsa Aid International unless that relationship has been formally established and communicated through Khalsa Aid International’s official channels.
Any collaboration between Khalsa Aid International and an external NGO, community group or humanitarian organisation is subject to direct communication and appropriate authorisation from Khalsa Aid International. Such collaboration should not be interpreted as a general affiliation or endorsement of an organisation beyond the specific partnership or activity agreed.
Members of the public, donors, volunteers, NGOs and other humanitarian stakeholders are therefore encouraged to exercise caution when approached by any organisation or individual claiming to represent Khalsa Aid International.
For the avoidance of doubt:
- - Khalsa Aid International reaches out to NGOs and humanitarian partners only through its official communication channels.
- - No organisation or group should claim to be an affiliated or representative body of Khalsa Aid International without formal authorisation.
- - Khalsa Aid International does not recognise unauthorised organisations operating on the ground as representatives or affiliates of Khalsa Aid International.
- - Any legitimate partnership or collaboration will be confirmed through Khalsa Aid International’s official channels.
